Why Pay for Design?

We know what you're thinking. Doesn't everyone offer free kitchen design? Sure. But “free design” usually isn't really free. It's a tool used to sell you cabinets, countertops, or a remodeling project. We approach things differently. You hire us to design the best space for you—not to sell you the most cabinets. We create original layouts, elevations and detailed 3D renderings based on your home, your needs and the way you actually live. Then, if you'd like us to supply the cabinetry, we can do that too. We've spent years designing with and selling cabinetry, and we've carefully selected manufacturers that offer the combination of quality, style and value we want for our clients. What we haven't invested in is a giant showroom. Instead, we bring the showroom to you. You see door styles, finishes and samples in your own home, where they actually matter. We save on showroom overhead, and we're able to pass those savings along to you. And when you purchase your cabinetry from us, your design fee is credited toward your cabinet purchase. So yes, we charge for design. Because great design shouldn't be free. But with us, it just might end up being.
